Membership Types

Full membership: for company that has been in business for over 1 year

Provisional membership: for company that has been in business for less than 1 year

NOTE: A provisional member shall, at the time of request for membership, follow the guidelines of the application and approval process.  Provisional members shall have no voting privileges, shall not be allowed to use any NARI marketing materials, including the logo, will not have a website directory listing nor be allowed participation in any awards programs or the Remodeled Homes Tour until they become a full member.

Application process takes 45-60 days. Ethics & By-Laws Committee researches each application; the company is posted in the monthly NARI News as a “pending applicant,” and the Board of Directors, which meets monthly, votes on every application.

After you have submitted the online application, please submit your certificate of insurance and contractor’s license if applicable; AND please do one of the following:

Call the NARI Kansas City office with your credit card information: (913) 362-8833 —there is a one-time, non-refundable application fee of $100 that will be charged when once credit card information is received.  Upon application approval by the Board of Directors you will be notified and the $675 will be charged to your credit card.
